• Franco from Fresh Aire, and sometimes we really need to live up to our name!
• We’ve had several cases recently. In fact 3 properties in 2 days!
• Go into a property and – oh dear, what’s that smell?
• Did you have a pet? Yes?
• Out with the UV torch and moisture detector and on the hunt we go!
• Sort of thing we need to find, locate accurately, treat specifically to get the job done.
• Simple cleaning can just make it worse!
• Need to call in the experts – us – to sort it out first time!
• Fresh Aire CC, for that breath of fresh aire!

Everyone has an opinion, right?

I’m no exception, except that I get paid for mine!

Inspections are another facet to my business. I go in, inspect and give my reasoned opinion on what the fault may be.

Not some glossed up version of what the client may want to hear, but the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth… in my opinion!

It’s a good way to settle disputes before parties start warring too much with misinformation or misguided ideas.

Need some good advice on carpeting BEFORE calling Jason in? Give me a call!

Looking to see if anyone knows a person within Carpet Call in Jandakot, an intro would be greatly appreciated

• Had a great older customer last week.
• In his 80’s, looking after his wife and still working the orchard!
• Absolute salt of the earth with a clear mind and cheeky grin – just what I wanna be when I grow up!
• But his carpets were looking sad – his wife’s wheelchair had seen to that!
• So, challenge accepted and I went to town on it, coming up with a great result, even if I do say so myself.
• And the customer was absolutely wrapt, so much that he loaded me with fruit before I left, including a golden nectarine, still undergoing trials before release into the marketplace in the next year or two.
• A win for both of us! And he was going to spread the news far and wide amongst his family J
• If you have or know older people that want to be treated with the respect they deserve, don’t forget to recommend us to them

Got some fabrics worth protecting?

Worth considering Microseal

Have a large resort in Busselton undergoing revamp

We’ll be travelling down there in June to treat upholstery

Makes a difference!

If you are updating furniture, think about this one-off, lifetime treatment rather than what retailers sell you than need re-application

SAVES MONEY OVER TIME!

If you know of any place undergoing refurbishment due to COVID-19, please refer us on for any of their fabric protection needs.

Last Friday, I had an unusual job.

It took 29.5hrs from start to finish

At least that’s how long it took to get there and back, including an overnight hotel stay!

A quick drive up to Geraldton to inspect 2 different carpets that had an apparent issue that the manufacturer wanted me to go have a look at and prepare a quick report on.

So I fuelled up Friday morning, drove up there, inspected the two carpets, both of which had a manufacturing issue, and which is actually quite unusual. One a very odd colour issue, the other a yarn issue.

After inspection, I typed out a report on my trusty computer (trusty now that Dave’s upgraded it!), had dinner and put my feet up for a night with Netflix before returning home the next day.

If you or anyone else has an issue with a carpet or fabric, please be sure to put them my way for an unbiased, factual report on the issues – I am willing to put my thoughts in writing and if needs be, I can also attend court as an expert witness if matters go that far.

And if you don’t realise that we are the best in Perth, why not? Haven’t you tried us out yet? Or have a one to one with me!!

My aim is for $50,000, currently doing $3000 so want to step it up!

Yesterday, had a job in Cunderdin! No-one wanted to go there, lady with a dad suffering from dementia and a house full of dog pee, so she asked us nicely to go, which I did and here is the result

“Franco did a fabulous job at my father’s house. Very thorough and professional.”

So this is what we are looking for, people who have an issue that needs resolving. Property managers are great and I’m always on the lookout for good PM’s but normal people with a cleaning issue is also what we are looking for.

Look around, when you go to people’s properties or even business premises and they have an issue, tell them you have someone you can wholeheartedly recommend!

• It’s that time of the year – the rains have started.
• And with rain comes the occasional heavy downpour or storm.
• This can lead to flooding!
• If you or anyone you know is affected, time is of the essence. It’s no good waiting until stains start appearing or musty smells develop – get onto it sooner rather than later.
• The sooner it is dealt with the greater the chance of remediation and salvaging the carpet without damage!
• So if you wake to a soggy patch, don’t wait or think it’ll just dry out! Call us and get it dealt with post-haste!

• This week, had a job that had left a customer feeling utterly crushed
• Or at least his carpets did!
• Beautiful, new carpets were laid 3 months ago, with a not-so-beautiful crush mark across one section caused by improper storage
• This led to a very disgruntled customer and me being called in for an inspection.
• My opinion upon inspecting it was that it was resolvable, so the manufacturer gave us the green light to proceed with the rectification.
• Result: 30 mins later the carpet looked perfectly unblemished, and we had one very relieved customer, supplier and manufacturer!!
• Fresh Aire Carpet Cleaning to the rescue again, making people happy!
