• Today will be a day of leafy suburbs
• We’ll be in and out of some of the more expensive homes
• Our main aim is protection!
• I keep banging on about viscose, seems some people are paying attention
• We have a product that goes a long way to mitigating its problems – not perfect but an excellent product
• So today will be a day of making a near unserviceable product more serviceable for customers!
• But it’s not just these fibres we can protect, we have products for all types and budgets
• Want a carpet or upholstery to stay cleaner, be easier to maintain?
• Then call us for advice

• “We have a problem, our shower just won’t clean up”
• No kidding! Here’s what a combo of using soap and infrequent cleaning will do.
• This definitely gave us a challenge, and we always love a challenge.
• We managed to get this back to a good base level and advised the client to change to a shower gel
• Neutral pH spray-on shower cleaners are also available for day-to-day maintenance
• This will help them going forwards – as long as they actually use it – but soap will recreate the problem and quite quickly.
• So, if you need some good advice as well as top-class work, you know who to call!

• You may remember me mentioning about King Living last week

• But if you were really listening, you would have heard that we have been appointed their exclusive warranty agents here in Perth

• As well as being the WA agents for Microseal

• And the WA agents for Fiber Protector for viscose fibres

• Inspectors of choice for Godfrey Hirst

• Troubleshooters for Cavalier Bremworth

• And now also being recommended by Armadillo Rugs!

• It seems we are being quite well recognised in the industry – why?

• Because we have the experience and the runs on the board!

• Fresh Aire, we are all you need for upholstery, tile and carpet cleaning!

• How many of you have been paying attention?
• Which fibre do I keep on about being a dangerous fibre?
• Viscose! Yes, that horrible, refined Papier Mache!
• Bloody horrible, hates water, doesn’t last, loses colour and is being put into all manner of fabric and rugs at exorbitant prices
• Bane of a cleaner’s existence, let alone an owner’s!
• Well now we have a new product! You might recall we have Microseal and that we’re the WA agent for it… now we have the imaginatively named Fiber Protector!
• This stuff is gold for Viscose – helps protect against water, repelling it very strongly and once again – we’re the WA agents for it!
• So, if anyone you know has been unfortunate enough to have been swindled into this fibre, please get them to contact us, we can help protect their relatively fragile asset!
• Fresh Aire, for that sigh of relief when you know it will be done right!

• Got called in to do job last Friday – animal odour in one bedroom, clean 3 other rooms.
• ere only to find 6 rooms, all of which had an animal odour with a couple of small urine spots
• So, I had to call the PM and let her know that the job was now a little larger than anticipated.
• Then it was a case of choosing the right sanitiser for the job, knowing that people were moving in the next morning.
• But the really important key here was communication.
• Had I just gone by the work order, the job would only have been half done and they’d have had angry new tenants.
• But communicating the issues resulted in the job being done right and happy tenants instead – well maybe not the old tenants though!
• We pride ourselves on communication with our customers so that everyone knows exactly what is expected so that nobody gets any nasty surprises.
• Fresh Aire, for that sigh of relief when you know it will be done right!

• Seems these days we’re becoming the upholstery Kings.
• So much so, we’ve become to focal point for King Living to do all of their rugs and upholstery work.
• King Living are a very high end supplier, so we are quite honoured to have been chosen to represent them in WA
• So we will now be their preferred contractor for any maintenance and warranty work that they may require
• So rest assured, if you need yours done, we are the ones to call!
• And now is the ideal time, after having been curled up on them all winter!
• Time shake off the winter blues and get ready for the less inclement weather heading our way!

This week looking for YOU, your friends and your family to shake off your winter blues

1. Reviews are the lifeblood of a modern business and can make or break businesses – but Fresh Aire love getting theirs! With ones like:
2. Whether it’s an impossible stain or a general clean, Carl and the whole team are brilliant and a pleasure to deal with!! Great efficient work, friendly cleaner, and Admin staff. They kept me informed regularly. Really happy with the result
3. Always amazing every time we use Freshaire Carpet Cleaning. They do a quality job, great service and always get the carpets looking fantastic.
4. The service throughout this whole job has been exceptional from booking to Mr Franco arriving and undertaking a super professional job. Thank you so much guys.

So make sure you think of Fresh Aire Carpet Cleaning whenever you see or hear of someone requiring a service on Carpets, Upholstery, Leather or tiles! And if anyone has a foot in the door with Darryl Copestake, franchise manager of Carpet Call, we’d love an intro

• Had a good challenge this week
• Customer had bought her own carpet cleaning machine, gave them the once over, then sprayed a sanitiser she was given with it
• End result you can see, stairs, landing and master bedroom all looking like the first photo
• Fresh Aire to the rescue, 6 hrs on my knees and this was the result along with the review:

I sprayed some store bought foam carpet spray on stairs & landing causing extensive bleaching. Franco patiently & painstakingly fixed it, did a fantastic job.

• I’ll take that as a win, but she assures me she’ll never attempt it herself again!!

This week, rather than looking for another referral, I need another body to work with us.If you know anyone that might like to work for Fresh Aire, please pass their details on to me!

• I’ve had 2 great pet jobs this week
• Both were write-offs as there is only so much trickery I can do
• But in the first instance, it had already been “professionally cleaned”
• Both the real estate agent involved and the purchaser thought otherwise
• So they both independently called me to do an evaluation
• Wool carpet throughout, and the UV torch showed a forensic nightmare, made worse by a cleaner who’d simply drowned the carpet
• Had to give the vendor, agent and purchaser the bad news
• Pays to get a proper professional in with proper advice, not just the cheapest fly-by-nighter!
