Experience

Sometimes, experience just helps!
Been called in to do a couple of inspections and reports this week
Carpets had already been dealt with by others, but the customers were not happy!
We were called in to see what our opinion was and whether we could fix the issue.
Answer was yes, we can fix it! Bob the Builder ain’t got nothin on us!
Fairly straightforward fix – if you know how! It wasn’t that the cleaner had done a bad job!
That’s where experience comes into it, we know our way around problems.
Nearly 34 years for me, over 5 years of sometimes challenging work for Carl who gets to dive in the deep end, but with my back-up as well.
Anything out of the ordinary on your carpets, tiles, upholstery, think of us!
