Rentals

Well yesterday was an interesting day!
Three jobs, all rentals
And all somewhat – challenging!
First, a two-storey unit, trashed to the point where the carpet wasn’t visible in one room.
Second, stains on a carpet that “had already been cleaned”. Shame the cleaner hadn’t used some simple detergent to get the spots out!
Third – a job that made the first one look easy! But the end result was well worth the effort with a cream coloured back to being cream, instead of black, brown, green, red and orange!!
Got a rental that is a bit of a challenge? Send it our way and let’s see what we can make of it!
