Furball friends?

I’ve had 2 great pet jobs this week
Both were write-offs as there is only so much trickery I can do
But in the first instance, it had already been “professionally cleaned”
Both the real estate agent involved and the purchaser thought otherwise
So they both independently called me to do an evaluation
Wool carpet throughout, and the UV torch showed a forensic nightmare, made worse by a cleaner who’d simply drowned the carpet
Had to give the vendor, agent and purchaser the bad news
Pays to get a proper professional in with proper advice, not just the cheapest fly-by-nighter!
